Kim’s passion for mentorship is deeply rooted in her lived experience. Having walked through many chapters—some challenging, some triumphant—she brings a rare depth of relatability that instantly connects with the next generation of entrepreneurs. Her journey has shaped her into a guide who doesn't just coach from theory, but from truth. It’s this authenticity that makes her a standout mentor across Ontario’s non-profit ecosystem.

Kim doesn’t believe in forcing people into molds. Instead, she meets each mentee exactly where they are, honouring their starting point and helping shape them into who they want to become. With a diverse career portfolio that spans branding, business, entertainment, and community development, she’s able to work fluidly with any kind of venture—pivoting, adapting, and supporting with unmatched care and clarity.

By Summer 2025, Kim expanded her mentorship work once again, joining Women in Music Canada to support a mentee with philanthropic goals in the music industry. This opportunity was a full-circle moment, aligning beautifully with her current work managing artists under the JUBILEE 5785 umbrella.

Every path Kim has taken has led her here—equipped, passionate, and deeply committed to pouring into the generations rising behind her.

For her, mentorship isn’t a side role. It’s a calling. And she absolutely loves it!
