Kim’s passion for mentorship is deeply rooted in her lived experience. Having walked through many chapters—some challenging, some triumphant—she brings a rare depth of relatability that instantly connects with the next generation of entrepreneurs. Her journey has shaped her into a guide who doesn't just coach from theory, but from truth. It’s this authenticity that makes her a standout mentor across Ontario’s non-profit ecosystem.

Kim doesn’t believe in forcing people into molds. Instead, she meets each mentee exactly where they are, honouring their starting point and helping shape them into who they want to become. With a diverse career portfolio that spans branding, business, entertainment, and community development, she’s able to work fluidly with any kind of venture—pivoting, adapting, and supporting with unmatched care and clarity.

Currently, Kim serves as the dedicated one-on-one mentor for the AWA Business Hub & Business Incubator Program at Delta Family Resource Center. In Tier 2 – Part 2, she provides six months of highly personalized, weekly virtual coaching to entrepreneurs as they navigate the final phase of their year-long journey.

Her mentorship is designed to meet each participant exactly where they are—addressing unique challenges, clarifying their vision, and building the essential foundations for sustainable success. Kim’s approach is deeply tailored, unpacking the specific needs of each business and crafting actionable next steps that align with their goals.

Areas of focus often include legal business registration, insurance, brand identity development, marketing strategies, and detailed marketing plans. Participants also receive hands-on support with website setup, social media content creation, financing and grant applications, networking opportunities, system and process development, and problem-solving strategies to expand their reach.

Kim’s mission is to ensure that by the end of the program, participants walk away with a strong brand presence, a clear growth plan, and the confidence to take their business to the next level. Known for her personable, approachable style, she brings energy and encouragement to every session—making the process both engaging and empowering for those ready to commit and see it through to the very end.

In Spring 2025, Kim also joined Business In The Streets (BITS) as a mentor in their 8-week Boot Camp. There, she leads breakout sessions during Saturday classes, offers weekly one-on-one coaching, and prepares mentees for their final pitch presentations. She even had the honour of facilitating a pitch room—an experience she found both exciting, fun, and fulfilling!

By Summer 2025, Kim expanded her mentorship work once again, joining Women in Music Canada to support mentees with their goals in the music industry. This opportunity was a full-circle moment, aligning beautifully with her current work managing artists under the JUBILEE 5785 umbrella.

Every path Kim has taken has led her here—equipped, passionate, and deeply committed to pouring into the generations rising behind her.

For her, mentorship isn’t a side role. It’s a calling. And she absolutely LOVES it!
