At BOURGIE Branding, we don’t just offer Virtual Assistant and Digital Consulting services — we become embedded partners in high-impact projects that make a lasting difference. With a hands-on, strategy-first approach, we support brands from behind the scenes, helping them streamline operations, strengthen their digital presence, and scale with confidence.

For the last three years, Kim’s served as the Virtual Assistant and Digital Consultant for Red Oak Painting, providing full-spectrum support across admin systems, communications, design, marketing, and strategic planning. Through this collaboration, BOURGIE Branding helped conceptualize and build the Red Oak Painting 101 Program — a trades training initiative designed to empower underserved communities. The program is now proudly run in partnership with ACCA, with sponsorship from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams. This ongoing partnership has allowed Kim to gain deep industry insight into Canada’s skilled trades ecosystem, while actively contributing to its growth and accessibility.

In conjunction, Kim supported Trading Up in Trades for two years during their active operations. Her role encompassed full brand ideation and development, digital coordination across all platforms, PR strategy, and monthly digital consulting focused on community engagement. This experience provided a strong foundation in understanding the unique needs of trades-focused organizations and deepened her passion for bridging the gap between community empowerment and career development.

At this time, BB’s highly selective about the virtual assistant and digital consulting clients we take on. But if you’re building something meaningful, community-centered, or simply too aligned to ignore — reach out here. Let’s explore how we can work together.
