In the Spring of 2025, Kim joined Business in the Streets (BITS) as a mentor within their 8-week Boot Camp, supporting emerging entrepreneurs as they moved from ideas into action. Each week, she participated in Saturday classes, led interactive breakout sessions, and met one-on-one with her mentees to help them apply what they were learning directly to their businesses. From refining business models and strengthening marketing strategies to preparing for industry Q&A’s and final pitches, Kim provided practical guidance, accountability, and encouragement throughout the 8-week journey.
During her time as a Boot Camp mentor, Kim also had the opportunity to moderate BITS pitch rooms, guiding entrepreneurs through the experience of presenting their businesses before industry professionals, an experience she found equally exciting, fun, and incredibly FULFILLING.
In August 2026, Kim’s role with BITS expanded when she became the Facilitator of MOMENTUM, the organization’s ongoing entrepreneurship mastermind program. Kim redesigned MOMENTUM from the ground up, creating a more hands-on experience centred around the real-time challenges entrepreneurs face while actively building and growing their businesses.
Today, Kim facilitates weekly virtual mastermind and teaching sessions covering: sales, marketing, customer acquisition, branding, AI, business systems, follow-up, client retention, revenue growth, and sustainable expansion. Entrepreneurs don’t simply learn concepts, they work through their businesses in real time, unpack challenges, gain insight from the room, and leave each session with clear actions to implement.
