In the Summer of 2025, Kim expanded her mentorship journey into an industry especially close to her heart, by joining Women in Music Canada as a mentor. Through the program, she works directly with emerging music industry professionals, providing personalized guidance as they navigate their goals, explore opportunities, strengthen their direction, and carve out their own space within Canada’s evolving music landscape.
The opportunity represents a TRUE full-circle moment for Kim. Her years of experience across entrepreneurship, branding, marketing, PR, entertainment, and mentorship now intersect with her work as Founder & Executive Director of JUBILEE 5785, where she manages and develops artists within the non-secular music industry. It allows her to bring BOTH sides of her experience to the table, the business behind the music, and the people building careers within it.
Every chapter of Kim’s career has ultimately equipped her to pour BACK into the generations coming BEHIND her. She brings lived experience, strategy, encouragement, industry knowledge, and genuine care into every mentorship relationship, while always meeting people exactly where they are.
For Kim, mentorship isn’t an add-on to the work. It’s part of the work, and she absolutely LOVES it.
If you’re a non-profit, community organization, entrepreneurship program, arts organization, or industry initiative looking for a mentor who brings both HEART and strategy to the table, reach out to Kim. She’s always open to exploring opportunities to help develop the next generation of entrepreneurs, creatives, and industry leaders.
